It has to be that one — the link is sent to the address on the order, never to whatever is typed here. That is deliberate: it means nobody can pull your file by guessing your email.

If that address has an order against it, a new download link is on its way — usually within a minute. It comes from carl@send.bradfordfit.com, so check spam and promotions before assuming it did not send.
Save the PDF this time rather than the link. The link expires; the file does not.
