Bradford Girls Flag Off-Season

Ten coached Saturday sessions for girls in grades 9–12, whether they play for their school, a club team, or are new to flag. This is the athletic base under every route, cut and flag pull: getting fast in the first three steps, stopping under control, and changing direction without losing speed. Early-bird pricing runs through Sunday, November 8.

9–12Girls

High School Girls Flag

First-step speed, the 5-10-5, deceleration and landing, hip and ankle mobility, and the strength that holds all of it together, in pods of four or five so every girl gets coached on every rep.

It runs Saturday at 8:00 AM, so it doesn’t compete with school practice, winter sports or weeknight homework.

What is included

Ten Saturdays, measured twice

Every Saturday
75 coached minutes

Coached personally by Carl Bradford, former NFL linebacker. Not a rotating staff.

Session 1 · Nov 14
Baseline testing

10-yard sprint, standing broad jump, 5-10-5 pro-agility and a coach-scored movement screen, recorded with the surface, shoes and timing method so the last session repeats it exactly.

Session 10 · Feb 13
Final testing and report

The same tests under the same conditions, and a private report for your family: what changed, what to keep working on, and the next step before spring.

No speed or strength result is guaranteed. Nobody can promise that honestly. What is guaranteed: your player is measured the same way twice, and you see the numbers. Results are private, and players are never ranked publicly.

Questions

What flag parents ask first

Does she need to play for a school team?

No. School, club and travel players are all welcome, and so are girls who are new to flag football. Carl scales the work to each player.

Is this flag football coaching?

It’s the athletic base under the game: speed, change of direction, deceleration and strength. One-on-one position work with Carl is private training, booked separately.

What if she misses a Saturday?

She can make it up in any Elite session (grades 9–12, Monday to Thursday, 6:30–7:45 PM) that has space, before February 13. There are no private make-ups, and make-ups don’t carry past the end of the program.

How much is the girls flag off-season, and how do I pay?

$299 early-bird through Sunday, November 8, then $349. Three or more teammates from the same school or club team get $25 off each, and sisters get $25 off. Paid in full by card through secure Square checkout with the Enroll button above. Text Carl for a discount link.

What if we change our minds?

Full refund any time before the first session on November 14. After that there are no refunds.

What if it doesn’t fill?

The program needs six players to run, and we decide on Wednesday, November 11. If it doesn’t run, everyone gets a full refund.

Do we need to sign anything first?

Yes. A parent or guardian signs a waiver and release of liability for anyone under 18. You can complete it here before the first session.

What should she bring?

Training shoes, athletic clothes and a water bottle. No cleats. Everything runs indoors.

Up to 20 players

Tell us her grade and her team.

Carl will tell you what the first Saturday looks like and whether her teammates can come with her. No card, no obligation.
