Questions
What football parents ask first
Does my player need training experience?
No. Most players start here with none. Carl scales the work to each player.
Is this position coaching?
It’s the athletic base under every position: speed, change of direction and strength. The high school group adds position movement work, like getting off the ball and breaking down. One-on-one position coaching with Carl is private training, booked separately.
What if they miss a session?
They make it up in any session of their own group, or the group one step up or down, that has space, before March 13. There are no private make-ups, and make-ups don’t carry past the end of the program.
How much is the football off-season, and how do I pay?
Grades 3–5: $399 early-bird, $449 after December 20. Grades 6–8: $449 early-bird, $499 after. Grades 9–12: $549 early-bird, $599 after. Paid in full by card through our Square store with the Enroll button above. A second child gets $50 off. If paying in full is the only thing in the way, text Carl and we’ll work it out.
What if we change our minds?
Full refund any time before the first session on January 4. After that there are no refunds. If an injury or illness ends your player’s off-season, with a doctor’s note, the unused sessions become credit toward any Bradford Fitness program.
What if a group doesn’t fill?
A group needs five players to run, and we decide on December 28. If yours doesn’t run, you choose a full refund or a move to another group.
Do we need to sign anything first?
Yes. A parent or guardian signs a waiver and release of liability for anyone under 18. You can complete it here before the first session.
What should my player bring?
Training shoes, athletic clothes and a water bottle. No cleats or pads. Everything runs indoors.
