The local picture
Four high schools, one city, and a very short bench
Ontario athletes go to Chaffey, Ontario High, Colony or Valley View, all inside the Chaffey Joint Union district — a district of more than twenty-five thousand students across the Inland Empire. That is a lot of good athletes competing for a small number of varsity jerseys, and the squeeze starts earlier than most parents expect.
The football pedigree here is real. Colony High School alone has put Bobby Wagner and Omar Bolden into the NFL. When a city produces linebackers at that level, the standard at every level below it rises, and a kid who is merely willing does not make the team.
The practical thing to know is that Chaffey runs a different calendar to Chino Valley Unified next door. Your athlete's season starts, peaks and ends on its own schedule, and training that ignores that is training that fights it. Programming here is built against your season, not a generic one.

Position training, from someone who played the position
Carl Bradford played linebacker at Arizona State, went in the fourth round to Green Bay in 2014, and spent four seasons across five NFL organizations. He then coached as a high school defensive coordinator. Football programming here is written from that, not read from a template.
Top-end speed, deceleration and changing direction at full pace without giving up ground. More sprinting, more single-leg work, and real attention to how the athlete stops.
Short-area power from a stance, hip strength, and the trunk stiffness to hold ground against another human being. Heavier loading over shorter distances.
Big enough to take on a guard, quick enough to run down a back. Trains both ends of that, and it is the block with the most detail in it for obvious reasons.
Ontario is not only a football town, and the gym is not only a football gym — baseball, softball, basketball, soccer and volleyball athletes train in the same groups. The sport pages set out how each one differs.
Getting started
Which group your athlete joins
By grade rather than by sport. Detail and pricing sits on the programs page; the first session is free.
Grades 2–5 · Speed & Movement
The base layer. Sprint mechanics, agility and body control, with no heavy loading at this age. Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
Grades 6–8 · Performance
Correct movement under load, and where position work begins. Three sessions a week maximum — most athletes this age are already practicing four or five days.
Grade 9–12 · Elite
Full position tracks and loading that changes with your competition calendar. Monday to Thursday evenings, plus Saturday mornings from September.
Common questions
From Ontario families
Do you run football camps?
Not as one-off camps. This is ongoing training rather than a week in July, on the view that a camp gives an athlete a good few days and a training block gives them a better year. If a camp is genuinely what you want, say so on the phone and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Can you work around our school's weight room sessions?
Yes, and we would rather know about them than not. Doubling an athlete's lifting volume because two programs are not talking to each other is the fastest way to make them slower. Tell us what the school is doing and we will program around it.
My son is a lineman. Is this sprint training?
Not for him. The Big track is short-area power, hip strength and hand-fighting rather than the sprint-heavy programming a receiver gets. Same room, different work.
Do you train whole teams?
Yes — at your field or here in Chino. Coaches, see team training; pricing is quoted against your roster size and season rather than published as a number that would be wrong for most teams.
How far is it really?
Ten to fifteen minutes from most of Ontario. The gym is at 5420 Philadelphia Street in Chino, just east of Central Avenue, with parking on site.
First session is free. Bring their position.
Tell us the grade, the sport and where they are in their season, and we will put them in the right group this week. You are welcome to watch the whole thing.
