One athlete.
One hour. One coach.

Private sessions with Carl Bradford in Chino — for the athlete who needs something the group hour can't give them: a position, a weakness, a deadline, or a return from injury.

Who this is for

Group training builds athletes. Private training fixes specifics.

Most athletes belong in a group. It's better training and better value, and the room itself does work that a one-on-one hour can't. Private sessions exist for the cases where that isn't enough.

A linebacker who needs to learn to take on a block. A defensive lineman whose get-off is a tenth too slow. An athlete coming back from injury who shouldn't be in a group yet. A senior with a camp date and eight weeks to be ready. An adult who wants to train seriously and would rather do it privately.

If your athlete doesn't have a specific problem like that, we'll tell you to save your money and put them in a group instead.

Every session

What one hour covers

Physical
Speed, strength, agility

The same foundation as the group programs, but every rep is watched and every correction is made in the moment rather than across a room of sixteen.

Positional
LB & D-Line specific

Carl played linebacker in the Pac-12 and the NFL, opposite these techniques every snap. Block destruction, get-off, hand placement, pad level, pass-rush plan — taught by someone who had to beat them against professionals.

Durability
Mobility & injury prevention

Recovery and mobility work built into the hour, plus progress tracking so you can see what actually changed rather than take our word for it.

One-on-one, no commitment. The right way to find out whether this is worth it before buying a package.

One-on-one packages
$260 / $480 / $660

4, 8 or 12 sessions. The 12-pack works out at $55 an hour instead of $75.

Call with the athlete's position, their season, and the specific thing you want solved. If a group program would serve them better, we'll say so.
