Media permission
for your site.

Bradford Fitness does not photograph students without written permission from the school. This is that permission. It takes about two minutes, it is granted by your site — not by us — and it can be limited or withdrawn at any time.

Why this exists

The default is no photographs

Sites often want the closing session photographed — certificates, team pictures, something for a newsletter. That is worth capturing. It is also the moment where a vendor can create a problem for a district, so we do not take a single photograph until a site has said in writing what is allowed.

This form records three things: who authorized it, which students it covers, and where the images may appear. Nothing is used beyond what you select here.

Parent-level media releases stay the district's process, on the district's forms. This confirms that process is in place and tells us where your boundaries are.

Authorization

This is a permission record between your site and Bradford Fitness. It is not a contract, it grants no rights beyond what you selected, and you can withdraw it by emailing carl@bradfordfit.com.
