Questions
What parents ask first
Does my athlete need training experience?
No. That is the normal starting point here, not the exception. Tell us their sport and where they are in their season and Carl will scale the work to them.
What if my athlete is in season?
Most of them will be. In-season work here is deliberately smaller, and it is built around what their team is already asking of them. Send the practice and game schedule before you enrol and Carl will tell you honestly whether it fits.
What happens if they miss a session for a game?
They come to another session that week. Any group with space, inside the twelve weeks. There are no private make-ups, and nothing carries past the last day of your athlete’s term — December 18 for grades 2–8, December 19 for grades 9–12.
Is this sport-specific coaching?
No. Nobody here will coach a jump shot, a swing or a route. This is the athletic base underneath the sport — getting off the line faster, changing direction without losing speed, and being strong enough to hold up through a season. Athletes from every sport train together, grouped by grade.
How much is it, and how do I pay?
$749 for the twelve weeks — 24 sessions, both rounds of testing, the midpoint update and the final report. Paid in full when you enroll, by card through our Square store — use the Enroll button on your athlete’s grade band above. If paying in full is the only thing standing in the way, say so and we will work it out.
Is this the same as your monthly membership?
No. The monthly programs run Monday through Thursday evenings and Saturday morning, month to month, capped at 16. The Accelerator is a fixed twelve-week term on Mondays and Fridays, capped at 10 to 12, with testing and a written report. Athletes already training with us are welcome in both — they are different days doing different work.
Do we need to sign anything first?
Yes — a waiver and release of liability, signed by a parent or guardian for anyone under 18. You can complete it here before the first session.
What should my athlete bring?
Training shoes, athletic clothes and a water bottle. That is it. Cleats are not needed — everything runs indoors.
